Circular Breathing
Two modalities that deepen silence and enhance clarity are: Standing Meditation and Circular Breathing. One of the main challenges to health, well-being and happiness facing most of us today seems to be stress that is caused by unacknowledged and unprocessed feelings. 
Circular Breathing (also referred as Group Breath-work or Rebirthing) is a technique to help you release emotional and physical tension. It supports your intention to heal and allows you to improve health and vitality.
Developed in the early 70′s it has been practiced by millions of people throughout the world. Through a deep connected breath for 30 – 60 minutes, your body releases stress and tension. It also facilitates the access and release of old patterns in a gentle and safe way.
In an Circular Breathing session, a professionally trained Breath worker guides your breath in a manner that increases the level of oxygen in your body, which increases your energy. The increased levels of oxygen stimulate the body’s natural ability to cleanse itself since 70% of body toxins are eliminated through breathing. Circular Breathing also raises the blood’s alkaline level, a result sought by many health care professionals.
Other Breath-work benefits include an increase in the level of spiritual energy in your body and a greater ability to be more conscious, aware and present. You can learn and participate in our weekly Group Sessions held every Tuesday night from 7:00 PM-8:30 PM at Zen Village in Coconut Grove.
