I am excited to share with you that I have recently joined, ActionCOACH Team Sage, South Florida’s #1 Business Coaching Firm, and will be certified as a Business Coach in February 2012.

My choice to join this amazing organization stems from a long-standing desire to work with a team of coaches helping business owners achieve their personal and business goals.

Meditation Miami – Connect to stillness and be free.

Why Stillness? Because in that inward space the ego is non-existent and you get to be free from your karma, history, and culture.

From this freedom now you can connect to your true essence and create new or different results in your life or business if you choose to.

Therefore, meditate for 5-15 minutes daily this week, Sit or stand still and be at ease and alert. Pay attention and detach yourself from anything that arises.

Meditation Intention … Take Action in Harmony

Do you accept life in its totality? Consider that the outer and the inner world are both there, and that they belong to you. I say that they must be balanced. Some of us are constantly choosing between the extremes. Are you choosing meditation over action or action over meditation? If you choose, consider that you are falling a victim of an extreme and you would probably suffer for it.

This week, have balance in everything you do. Don’t deny or choose, accept everything in harmony. So accept and have fun with meditation and taking action.

Are you Aware of Your Current Reality?

When was the last time that you evaluated yourself to create a new reality in your life? The intention of this process is for you to be OK with where you are in your career, finances, relationships, well-being, spirituality, fun and your overall life experience.

Take a few minutes and evaluate yourself in each area by noticing your feelings instead of your thoughts about where you are. By thinking, you evaluate yourself from a past reality versus the present moment.

Before you can shift your current reality, you must clean up any “out of integrities” that you are holding. In other words, you must face the brutal facts and deal with them.

Once you let go, there is a whole new realm of possibilities available from which to create. You are now ready to invent a new vision for your life that is real for you now.

Accept things as they are and witness the unity within you…total existence within, undivided, non conflicting, not opposed. Then, feel the silence and the non-judgmental attitudes around you.
