The programs include conversations, techniques and practices that empower individuals to transform limiting beliefs, conditioning, emotions and feelings that have them playing small. Are MTHI programs experiential?
Our coaching, workshops and wellness programs are all experiential. Our methodology is to experience all our conversations through standing meditation. So, we inquire and define integrity, we feel our lack of integrity and then restore our integrity by integrating flow back into our bodies through standing meditation and breathing techniques.
What exercises are included in MTHI training?
During our training, participants will experience a variety of techniques and learning processes that allow them to integrate body, mind and spirit in a safe way. Our key wellness practices are Standing Meditation, Yoga and Breathing exercises.
Is there sharing in MTHI programs?
Yes. Sharing with a partner or in front of a group will support everyone in transcending their way of being and the impact they are having in the world.
How do MTHI programs differ from other traditional forms of education?
Our programs were created by the founder’s personal experience in sports, business, transformation, awareness and eastern self-realization programs such as Yoga and Tai Chi. The key difference is that we believe in de-learning and achieving the next evolution by shifting consciousness through quieting the mind and connecting to your life force.
