Situation:

Gonzalez & Welmurth, P.L. needed to create feelings of loyalty and camaraderie among its employees and Partner so that they could work as a team to grow and succeed. The Partner had realized that they could not grow and succeed if they only worked individually and independently.

Partner decided to work with Roberto Suarez, after attending a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Doral Business Council, at which Roberto provided a short coaching session to prepare the board members to make some difficult decisions. Roberto made the board members focus on their own integrity as the source from which their decisions would be made.

Objective(s):

1) Create and implement a Shared Vision and Action Plan that aligns and inspires the team
(3 lawyers and 2 administrative staff members) to produced extraordinary results within a 90 day period.  2) Double revenues in one (1) year.

Action(s):

Facilitated 2 four hour Shared Vision sessions in which we created and implemented the following:

a) A Shared Vision for the Wermuth Team, that included Vision, Mission & Game
b) The Game included Winning Accomplishments for 1 year (Double Revenues) and 3 months (0 Non performing clients), monthly milestones and crucial action steps.
c) Team members  Visions, Values, Mission and Game.
d) Everyone learned and practiced Standing Meditation, a powerful technique to enhance clarity, power and creativity.
e) Bi-Monthly coaching meetings for individuals and as a team for accountability & results review were set and held.
f) Games were played.

I believe that, as a result of your coaching, we quickly created the feelings of loyalty and camaraderie.  It was amazing how quickly the work environment changed for the better.  The enjoyment level suddenly rose and everyone has been enjoying very much working together.

We all learned that most of our problems, difficulties, suffering, etc. arise because we are out of our own integrity in some way or we are resisting success.  It has made it very easy to quickly identify what needs to be corrected to get back into integrity and achieve success. Although it may not be easy to make the necessary adjustments, knowing the source of the problem has given us all a feeling of control of our lives at home and at work.

We won our first 90 days game by attaining 0 non-performing clients. I am enjoying working with my team and looking forward to the next game and fulfilling our yearly winning accomplishments with your coaching.
