The identity I had in the past was being an all city football player, baseball player and basketball player. My grandfather was considered one of the greatest athletes Cuba ever had.

From a business point of view, I spent over 30 years managing  or coaching companies in Miami. I have experience in helping startup companies move to the next level. So now that I am coaching executives in Miami, I know how it feels because I played that game very well.

Fifteen years ago I did my first workshop looking for a technology to support me in managing people in Miami. This was the beginning of my transformation and inspired me to create a new vision for myself. I also have spent an extensive amount of time in meditation and experienced different methodologies which have shaped what I am currently doing in my Miami life coaching workshops.

The Being Champion workshop continues to evolve every year. It’s funny because 20 years ago, I had set the intention of helping companies with their strategic plans. I had to let go of my own limiting beliefs to fulfill this vision.

I have found that the more that I let go of my ego and connect to my heart the more life flows.
