As a business coach, I constantly ask leaders of companies ”what’s missing that would make a difference in elevating performance or creating something that would impact their community or well being in a new way?”
I get all kinds of answers these days in a business environment that is uncertain and changing rapidly. A few months ago I came across an article that brings out what I consider is missing for business professionals and leaders…having the ability to shift attention from the mind to the heart to attain organizational success.

Recently there was a Miami Yoga event where one of our favorite yogi’s, Veronica Vidal, was featured in CNN Español, Spanish TV on February 3, 2011. She discussed Yoga for Couples and its benefits. One of the benefits is that couples are able to bond more and experience a deeper love by meditating together.

Tip: In our last workshop, I decided to allow Stephanie Menendez, a 14 year old, to participate in the Being Champion workshop designed for business professionals.
What a gift. From the time she walked in the door, I knew that she would impact everyone’s lives. From the first conversation, she was engaged and was always the first one to ask for coaching. She connected to her essence and was a major contributor in all our conversations.
